managed to fix the issue now. but still have a problem. i have 4 reviews and only 3 are showing. which is fine. but it is only showing the oldest reviews. how can we show the most recent reviews.

    my website is https://www.mandeelectrical.co.uk

HI there, glad you got it worked out. Regarding the number of reviews, it depends on whether you filtered the Stars and the order which Google puts the reviews in, which they call “Most Helpful”. Check out our FAQ on that here:

How did you fix your problem? I am getting the same error code “no place reference for this location”.

stopped working for me too – how is this fixed?

We actually believe this is a problem with Google’s API that they are working on now currently. Getting reliable info from them is not easy, but we’re hoping it will all be resolved by Monday.

Can both @sdsunick and @willmull start new tickets on this? I just implemented another users reviews on our demo site this morning with no problems so as far as I can see all is well.

In your ticket please provide a link to your website and to your G+ business profile page. Thanks!

Sure, I don’t see where to submit the ticket however. please point me in the right direction.

At the very bottom of this page:

I just ask because these might each have different reasons and it makes it easier to close tickets and keep tickets focused on the one issue which makes it easier for others scanning the issues find and solve their problems. Thanks for understanding.
