Stats plugin

For some reason on a non wordpress site, I’m unable to connect to/with FTP, which is why I’m using such an old version. I need a stats plugin, but one that activates automatically as I cant connect to FTP. Are there any out there? My site is https://whatthe.blogetery.com/
