Show all site review and form to submit reviews

    This may be very elementary but on my site, I want to display all customer reviews as well as the submit a review button on the front page. I can get one or the other. I’m using the shortcode:

    [WPCR_INSERT]

    and it displays the reviews submitted on the front page and i’ve used this:

    [WPCR_SHOW POSTID=”ALL” NUM=”5″ SHOWFORM=”1″ HIDEREVIEWS=”0″ HIDERESPONSE=”0″ SNIPPET=”” MORE=”” HIDECUSTOM=”0″ ]

    and I get all the reviews but no submit form.

    i’m sure this has been covered but I can’t seem to find the answer. Thanks,
