• Thank you for this great, flexible plugin!

I have it running as a randomized “featured member” function here on https://seattlecomposers.org/ currently in soft-launch. Several members are a bit weirded out about having their email addresses so front-and-center and would rather that field be a link to their website. I cannot quite figure out, using filters or another means, how to make that switch. Any help would be much appreciated!

note: you may need to refresh the site a few times for it to grab a member that has already gone in and added their bio, avatar, etc. Most of them are still on-boarding.

    Thanks

You can select the profile URL instead of the email in the link option

but I am confused you have it selected to load the profile

Is it on the profile page that you have a problem

if so look for an auhtor.php in your theme and you can edit that

You might want to add an option to the edit profile to “show email”

Hi Paul – thanks for the reply!

To clarify – I’m hoping that instead of it displaying :

    JIYOUNG KIM
    [email protected]

    it would display

    JIYOUNG KIM
    https://www.jiuoungkim.com (with that hyperlinked)
