    Hi,

I recently finished a website, developped it on a private server, then copying it all on my client’s server.

Since I copied the whole website, it seems like the plug-in isn’t working anymore, I have the paid version but I don’t know if I should uninstall it and re-install it instead of just have the copied folder on the FTP.

The problem is that my client created over 260 folders categories so I don’t know if uninstalling the plug-in will delete all of these folders or if they’ll still be here after I re-install it ? And I don’t know if it will fix my problem anyway…

Hope you can give me some advice there

    Hi btolman,

I resolved that by just uninstalling the plugin and doing a clean install again, then it worked like before and all the folders were still there.

I’d do a backup of the whole website + database tho before uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, you never know what could happen.

As it turned out, the solution was to update the wordpress version.

While we will never know why this fixes it, we do know that update fixed it in both the environment we created that replicated the problem, and on the production.

    So, problem solved, cause unknown.
