Plugin blanked out my site

The first thing to do is to rename that broken plugin directory to get the site working again. Use an FTP client or the file manager in your hosting account control panel to move or rename the folder inside /wp-content/plugins/ that contains the broken contact form plugin.

Then you can login to your wp-admin and go to the quarantine page in my Anti-Malware plugin to see the original files that were changed. Please send me the original contents of the files that my plugin fixed so that I can see what might have gone wrong.

I have the same issue. I made a scan of an infected site and it found some threats. I did the fix automatically but after the site blanked and even the login page is blank.

What can I do?

Hi Gianluca,
What infected files were fixed by my plugin. Maybe there was something that was missed that depended on the malicious code that was removed, or maybe there is a syntax error left over in some of the code that was not removed all the way.

You should look in your error_log files to see why the site is not loading.
