Image shows up in post/write textbox OR page not found…

  • Repro steps:
    Log into admin area
    Select Write
    Select Write Post or Select Write a Page
    Result
    In the Post and Write a Page textbox area I am unable to write and I see a windows logo imaage on a black background OR I get page cannot be found error.

    Name of host: Easy-Cgi.com
    Webserver software: Windows 2003/IIS
    PHP Version: 4.4.2
    MySQL: 5.0.27
    Wordpress: 2.3.2
    IE: 7

    Ideas?
