Moving “pages” section from sidebar to it’s own page?

Currently I have the pages section working via widget in the sidebar. I have a link at top that says “pages” and I would like to be able to move the widget code from the sidebar to its own page (have all the pages links show up therein). Is there a way to do this? If not, what is the best way to accomplish what I wish?
