Install Help – Getting CGI Error: The specified CGI application misbehaved…

    Upload files and try to install using the link domain.com/wp-admin/install.php.

    Get the following CGI Error – “The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.”

    Name of host: Easy-Cgi.com
    Webserver software: Windows 2003/IIS
    PHP Version: 4.4.2
    MySQL: 5.0.27

    Any ideas?
