Easy way for migrating from WP to Host ?

I actually have all the files in the WP folder in my host provider, but what I need is to make the website live and move all the folders to the public folder ? I know that there is a way which involves creating a new database, moving FTP files… but I don’t understand all that. Maybe there is a simple way to do it ?
