footer.php on version 1.2.9

    Are you customizing theme by making Child theme ? If not while theme update all your changes is lost. Make sure all the added or customized code is in child theme or not.

    No, i haven’t any child theme, i’ve got only Origamiez theme.
    After upgrade to v. 1.2.9 i went to Appearance | Editor | Footer (footer.php) and i add javascript code just before </footer> tag as described in Auto Link Maker documentation.
    The problem is that now that javascript code doesn’t work, before v. 1.2.9 no problem with that code.
    What’s changed in footer.php? How can i make it work again?
