Change Language 'Average Rating'

    I use your plugin on a website and changed the language of the form.
    But I couldn’t find out how te change the language of ‘Average Rating’ followed by the starst and the nuber of reviews, right above the customer reviews.

    And is it possible to change the date notation:
    Nov 3, 2015 by …. into >>> 3 nov, 2015 door

    Then I want to put the last 2 reviews in an widget on the sidebar. Can you explain how to do this?
