Weird notification for users

    Sorry, but you do not have the correct permissions to install the Revive Old Post and WP Product Review plugins. Contact the administrator of this site for help on getting the plugins installed.

    is shown twice to users who are logged in and they aren’t admin.

    and even worse is i don’t even have those installed.

    How do i get rid of it?
