    Hi there,

I have a couple of websites running on different domains, but pretty much the same content. I used to be able to copy/paste my database after I added reviews. However, since the structure of the database has changed with the most recent version this doesn’t work anymore.

Is there a way around this? It’s a tedious task if I have to do it manually every time..

    Best,
    Dave

In the WP Admin, go to Tools, Export, export the WP Customer Reviews, then re-import on the other site. Depending on how you are wanting to sync your data, you may need to delete the reviews on the 2nd site first (export those first as a backup).

THanks for the quick reply. I can’t however find the WP Customer Reviews export button. I see export for a lot of other functions, but not that one. Could it be that it’s only available for newer versions of WP/WPCR?

Edit: I can find it in my latest WP/WPCR install, so is it the WP version or the WPCR that’s outdated for this export function?

    Best,
    Dave
