I have replied to you via the support ticket you created. Thanks ??

I have a similar issue. I also have bbpress installed and the form I made in ultimate member will not display on the register page with the um shortcode. Instead I get a page that only shows username, email and password fields.

Hi dtz247, can you please create a ticket on our website so we can help you with this.

    Thanks!

I did that already and I resolved the issue myself by changing the default BBpress registration page to “none,” in BBpress options while leaving the UM default registration page pointing to the same original link. Now the UM registration form shortcode appears as it should.

Hello I have ultimate member on my site and I went to my domain to check and see if the register page is there and it isn’t, meaning when I hit the register icon it just goes right back to login page. I used the shortcode that is given but to no avail? Can someone please help me? Thank you. Fav

    Hi,

Can you please activate default WP theme and see if same thing happens or not.

    Thanks

    Same problem here.

Have uninstalled UM several times and always the same result.

The registration page redirects to the login page.
    Except when I’m logged in.

It worked for a few people Friday morning then halfway through the day on Friday it stopped working.

Nothing was changed on the site when it stopped working.

    Hi there, same problem here!
I have checked every single possibility, even set the page of the registration to public, but it always redirects to “login”, whereas I have set another path to every possible place.
    thanks for a quick help!

    Solution:
Create another page, where you have the registration shortcode!
Something must have messed up the database entry for the page/plugin and it isn’t undoable…!

I have tried creating another registration page with the shortcode.
    Same result for me.

This is the second time that I get this problem.
The previous time was on another site. I had to scrap everything and start over.

This time I’m going to use a different plugin for membership.

johnbmtl, did you have global restriction turned on?

    Same here!
For me it is the registration page and the password reset page, which changed in accessibility. It worked in 1.3.66. With 1.3.68 the problem occurs.

    To reproduce:
    – Global access settings: accessible to logged in users
    – per site access settings for registration and pw reset page: Content accessible to Logged Out Users
As a logged out user you can not reach these two sites! But as a logged in user you can reach them, although you shouldn’t!
You are always redirected to your general “Custom Redirect URL” as a logged out user.

I tested it with a new wordpress installation and I’m sure this is a bug!

    Regards
