Different Background Images for Front Page Widget Areas

    Hi Anthony,

    First up thanks for the great theme.

    I have done a bit of customisation to the home page, by way of resizing the main page so I can have a left hand column to place some featured posts (not sure if there was a better way to do this but what I have done seems to work)

    One thing I want to do however is be able to apply a different background image to each of the four front-page widget areas. At the moment I just dropped a text widget into each of these as I intend to use them as hyperlinks to different categories, but I would really like to have some sort of image applied to each one.

    Can you suggest something? I don’t know if its feasible to have an option somewhere that allows the admin to just select the image they want to use?

    Hi Ian,

    There’s no theme option available to do this but you can use some simple css to apply a background colour or image to each of your homepage widgets.
