Login Redirect and blocked out of my site

I have a website named https://www.maximtours.net but we have a redirect from https://www.maximtours.net/launch, and now I cannot login to ethier of them and on top of it, the websites are all messed up and have no CSS formatting. I don’t know what is going on. When I try to go to maximtours.net/launch/wp-admin instead of maximtours.net/wp-launch it just redirects me from one to the other, and I’m unable to login to ethier. This is an emergency, if anyone could please help that would be great!
