Woocommerce Order Status

  • I’m having a small but frustrating issue. I have set woocomerce to have each new order that comes in to be marked as “pending payment” however there is no email being sent to the admin nor the customer, like what happens when the order status is set to “processing”. I’m needing to have that same email sent out to the admin as well as the customer when a new order comes in that is marked as “pending payment”. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • Hello Brad,

    I am a WooCommerce user for last year or so. I believe the issue here is that the additional order status you have created doesn’t comes with an email template. You would need to add that email template too.
