Failed to send your message – Problem with the "From" setting

I have been having issues with getting my contact forms to send when I change the FROM Settings in the MAIL tab of contact form 7.
Originally the website was build on a development url completelywired.evansvillewebdesigns.com and my team and I transferred the site over to the new location at https://completelywiredinc.com/.
I noticed that in the contact forms the FROM setting did not transfer to the new url.
It reads as:
[your-name] <[email protected]>When I tried to change this setting to the new url the contact form no longer works. When I try to fill out a form I get the message “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”
If I completely remove the <> message I am just left with a blank in the from line on the emails sent by the form.
I need to update this to the correct url so my clients customers don’t see the development domain in the emails they receive. Can anyone help me with this? I have already tried everything I can think of including deleting the plugin and re-installing it.
