• I have some initial “faux” blogs posted as I build this site. (www.doubleloveseven.com) This is my first WP site, and I want the blog SUMMARY page to be where readers land when they click the blog menu button. Right now it goes to a single blog (boring) layout rather than the summary page.

If you click “Word On The Wires” you’ll see the single page blog. If I change the url manually to reflect one of the blogs, i.e.:

    https://doubleloveseven.com/3-questions-for-combating-the-6-reasons-why-you-shouldnt-get-married-3/

I get the page I want to be the blog LANDING page. I can’t seem to figure out how to do that–I don’t even see that summary page under posts or pages in my dashboard.

Help for the newbie, anyone! :/

  • you can do so by creating custom navigation menu from appearance -> Menus.

Select the menu you are using for example : Header Navigation

insert a Custom link from the left hand sidebar with label “Blog” and URL you want.

    that’s it ??
