Feed from static page

I use WP as a straight CMS by only serving content as “static” pages. I was wondering how to implement an RSS feed on only items added to the main page.

Currently I create an xml file and redirect that to Feedburner. Is there anyway I can use a WP plugin to create a feed of only the main page and maybe direct that to the existing xml file URL?
