Is WordPress right for me?
-
Dear forum, I didn’t know where else to ask, so I’ll do it here. I’ve started getting into WordPress about a month ago and am quickly falling in love with it.
However there are a few things that worry me. I’d like to make website as user friendly as possible for my admins, who often have no IT experience. Although it’s true that WordPress allows me to easily add posts, add widgets etc. I fear that my clients may not want to invest the same kind of effort learning how to deal with the admin page.
I would things like this to be possible:
“When logged in as an admin, once hovering over a textfield, it will get a red border. When clicked on, the textfield can be edited and saved. Now showing the updated field.”I’ve been struggling to find the right words to search for via Google. Is it possible for WordPress to allow me to do things like this? Or is the user always required to access the Admin page when wanting to change something?
