Hacked and Can't Access Admin Page

  • My website was hacked and now I can’t even access my admin login page (www.arvayeventdesign.com/wp-admin). When I try to access the site, I get a blank white page. Any ideas of what I can do to access the admin portion of the site?

    I’m attempting to do a password reset (from the link within the document that was provided above) and I’m able to get to the page to request a password rest link be sent to my e-mail, but when I click on that link, the page just comes up blank, just like when I try to get to my admin page. Any thoughts?

    Hm… I would take a look at your site using FTP. I’m not sure if you have done that before. However, take a look and make sure that everything is still there, and that there isn’t anything suspicious. Check your index.php file and make sure it doesn’t have anything strange in it as well.
