Multiple popups on page not showing

Hi
I have two pop ups operating on my homepage https://hayleycannon.com – one on the email icon for a newsletter, one on the BIO link at the top right of the page.
Newsletter works fine, but nothing from the Bio.
I’ve emptied the cache on the plugin I’m using, but to no avail.
Please help!
