Etsy Shop: API reponse should be HTTP 200

New install, ran fine for about an hour and now all categories from Etsy Shop are returning the error code: “Etsy Shop: API reponse should be HTTP 200
API Error Description: Expected int value for ‘shop_section_id’ (got ‘string’).”

I know all the short code settings are correct because the Etsy products from each category displayed after each post was published.

Clues to how to rectify????

Enabled Debug mode and got the following.
