Altered custom CSS, and now I'm unable to login

I was trying to get a searchbar in the menu and added some code in the CSS file. Now I’m blocked from WordPress. I cannot log in, it only gives me a mesage that I’m blocked. How do I alter the CSS-file when I cannot log in? I don’t see it in a file manager?
