How to take down the website?

    My dear friend has passed away and her family is depending on me to take her website down. Please point me in the right direction. Thank you!

  • You would need to contact the web host. www.remarpro.com is software, not hosting.

    Hi Laurel,

    My condolences for your loss.

    As kjodle said, you will have to contact the host who was managing the site and request that they take it down. You may have to show certain documents to the host so they know you are not just trying to mess with the site or the owner.

    It shouldn’t be that difficult but most hosts will comply and take it down for you.

    I hope I have helped a little with this.
