Edit all uploaded images into small versions with links

    I’m uploading images to a WordPress blog and the entire 1024px size versions are displayed in the posts. What is the best way to regulate the size displayed?

    I need this to be valid especially for the Android version of the WordPress app I’m using.

    Is it possible that when I take a photo with my camera phone, insert it into a post using WordPress android app, this post is displayed as follows:
    A thumbnail of a certain size that links to the larger version via Lightbox.

    a plugin would also work I’m guessing.
