    Hi,

If you look at the event ID in the markup, I’m betting it’s showing as 2147483647; this indicates that your hosting is using a 32-bit version of PHP (even if the operating system is 64-bit), and the correct Eventbrite ID (which are much higher) is getting rounded down, producing the error you’ve got.

You’ve two options: get the hosting company to upgrade your PHP to a 64-bit version (which they’ll usually do for free), or, if they don’t want to for some reason, move to another host. Most hosts have been using 64-bit PHP for years, and plans as low as a few dollars a month are available (Bluehost and Dreamhost would be two examples).

Hm, I’m afraid the only options then are to change hosts, or find another Eventbrite solution. Wish I had better news – good luck!
