    Hi,

    another short question:

i have several excel tables with a lot of merged/combined cells in it, for example looking like this one (more or less):

    https://i.stack.imgur.com/RIbhX.jpg

Is it possible to import such tables & keeping the whole layout?

I tried to reconstruct your demo table content on your page (colspan/rowspan Demo Table) in openoffice and exported it as csv & html.
But both didn’t worked…i just get tables with separated rows and cells which, of course, mixes up my content.

    thanks for any hints

    regards
    Michael

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

No, sorry, importing tables that have combined/merged cells is not possible ??
You will have to re-create this layout afterwards, by inserting the #colspan# and #rowspan# keywords into the table. (You could of course add these in Excel already.)

    Tobias
