Music does not autoplay on iPhone

Hi I tested your new link above on my android phone and it works for me. What phone are you using? Make sure you also clear your mobile browser cache.

Cleared the cache and still no sound unless I hit the pause/play button. Using iPhone 6. Not working on a 5s as well. But did test on a couple Galaxy’s and sound did come up. Thoughts?

I used the shortcode above, autoplay works fine on windows computer but will never play on mobile. I use Samsung galaxy s6 edge

@honeyibk, do you have any way of testing your website using one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen? I am just trying to work out if it is your theme causing this issue on mobile devices?
