Bug – Users Are Being Added to ALL Groups When Enrolling in a Single Course

    Hey,

    I’m using the Woffice theme and the support said this was an issue with your guys’ plugin. I have 8 groups that are linked to one course each. However, when any person logs into my website, if they are enrolled in courses or not, they are automatically being added to all 8 groups, when they are only supposed to be added to the group that’s linked to the course they are enrolled in.

    That caused a major problem because I had 400 people log in to my website yesterday and now I have 400 people in all 8 private groups, which is causing a mess, everybody is confused!!

    I need some major help asap so I can fix this.

    Hey, can you guys please fix this or help me fix it??? It’s causing a huge issue on my site… my groups are all bloated with people who aren’t supposed to be there..

    For example, I have a Boost Confidence LearnDash course, which I just created. Only those who are enrolled in the Boost Confidence LearnDash course are supposed to be added to the group, however, EVERY SINGLE person who logs into my site is being added to the group, no matter what courses they are enrolled in, even if they are enrolled in no courses at all!!!

    The plugin is hurting my membership site and I won’t be able to use the course groups if there isn’t a fix to this… Can you let me know?

    Hi kgraces0223, Seems you have kept your course open that’s why for every new user registration, new user get access on each course and which make that new user as student in all the groups.
    Please keep it Free or closed

    all courses were marked as “Free” when the bug happened.

    i uninstalled the plugin now because it was adding thousands of people to all groups. it definitely was marked as “Free”, because if it was “open” that would be no page protection on Learndash, and I needed only registered members to be able to see the course.
