cant login

    I have a user name in www.remarpro.com and I cant access it
    my user name is shaun1733 I used my normal password and it said wrong password I tried resetting password but it keeps saying wrong password

    I had to register this new account to post this
    can some one help me sort this out . as I would rather use my original user name shaun1733
