Doesn't Appear to work for Multisite in a folder

There is no distinction between sites when the parent site is in a folder. This is because the cookie is always set to the folder path and never to the other sites.

Example:
Cookie path is /mainsite/

Cookie path is never written as /mainsite/childsite
