toolkit not loading when I click [tx]

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the toolkit a few times; however, whenever I click on it to use it on a page or post, all that loads is a fuzzy black pop-up. I have tried using it with I-transform, I-create, and I-excel and the same problem keeps happening. What am I doing wrong???
