    It just started happening. It was working, no updates no new plugins and all the sudden the Other Options sections just started showing nothing. Please help.

    – WordPress up to date?
    Yes

    – NextGEN up to date?
    Yes

    – What version of NextGEN Gallery did you upgrade from?
    Not Sure

    MySQL up to date (at least 5.0)
    Not Sure

    – PHP up to date (at least 5.2.4)
    Yes

    – The mod_rewrite Apache module activated?
    No Idea

    – PHP Safe Mode OFF?
    No Idea

    – Who are you hosted with?
    Bluehost

    – What theme are you running?
    Story

    – Which plugins do you have installed and activated?
    Akismet, Jetpack by WordPress.com, NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati, Story Portfolio Items, Story Recent Posts Widget, Tumblr Crosspostr, WordPress Importer, WP-PageNavi

    – Does this error still occur if you switch your theme to a WordPress Twenty series theme and deactivate all plugins except NextGEN Gallery?
    Yes still happening
