Edit/ Remove Page Banners

I need to remove the page banners on the sub-pages of this website:
https://www.chandeliertest7.us

I am using the 456 Repair theme by lpdthemes (who conveniently does not offer support for this theme- great)

I thought it would be under page_header_image.php but I can’t find anything remotely close to what I need. OH, and the style.css literally looks like this:
