Plugins blocking comments?

Hello,

I have recently started a new blog about bridge (prbrum.com). It’s a simple setup, but I haven’t been able yet to enable comments. I’m afraid that some of the plugins are blocking the comments function. Is this possible?

The installed plugins are Akismet, Epoch, iframe, Jetpack, Link Manager, Postmatic and Wpdevart Facebook comments. (Both normal comments and Facebook comments are not enabled yet, and I don’t know why).
