Meta descriptions and titles overwritten

Hi,

I’m using Yoast SEO to write meta tags for social media sharing.

It works on some pages e.g. https://feelaweso.me/how-paulo-did-it/

But not on others e.g. https://feelaweso.me/post-motivation-series-p1/

The source code is similar for the meta tags on both pages.

I’ve searched all forums and can’t find a solution.

Could you please tell me why the Yoast meta tags are being overwritten and how I can prevent it from happening?

I’m running the Salient theme from ThemeNectar.
