unable to create new user

  • I am unable to create a new user on one of my sites.
    Well, I can create a new user, and I get a confirmation email, but in the mail are no data of the new user.
    In the dashboard I just see an extra user, but no name, mail or role. I also cannot remove that user.
    Who can help me out please?

  • Make sure your WP, theme and plugins are up-to-date. Take a backup first.

    Next I should check for a plugin conflict. Deactivate all plugins, if the problem resolves, reactivate one-by-one and test to try to identify which plugin is causing the conflict.
