I had the above problem as well. I tried the solution you suggested (uploading and restoring it from from backup), but now it seems to be stuck at “Unpacking archive”.

I’m using the latest version of the plugin (updated a few minutes ago).

I get an error:

Unable to open /home/content/p3pnexwpnas03_data02/93/2891593/html/wp-content/ai1wm-backups/www.greenerideal.com-20151017-205700-496.wpressall-in-one-wp-migration

I have the same issue on latest version, stops at 53%

Could you make sure that you have set permissions on wp-content to 775 or 777 recursively?

My hostingprovider is a dutch one; Its Mijndomein.nl.
I’ve worked around the error for now (executing all the insert statements by hand after using a SQL backup plugin).

If you need any more info about my situation I could recreate the errors on a subdomain.

I am having problems actually exporting the site. I have added the plugin to about 5 different sites to test an export but it gets stuck on 4 out of 5 sites

Also, I have uploaded an older version of the plugin and some of the older versions no longer work either including version 3.9

It seems to be a server issue as I have some sites on this server https://www.justhost.com/ which no longer work with your plugin (However it did before as I have used your plugin lots of times on this server)

I tried to export/import on my site hosted with JustHost and the plugin worked perfectly fine.
Our error log is located on wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage/error.log – could you please let me know what you find?

Here is the error log, also, I have 5 JustHost accounts, I have tried the plugin on over ten different WP sites now and its stopped working and that also includes older versions including 3.4 which was working last week.

Yet my reseller account with HostGator your plugin works fine on all the sites I tested on (More than 10)

I have been told by GoDaddy that your plugin is in the process of being blacklisted along with a SEO plugin as the server deems it unsafe due to it being an executable plugin which maybe why its stopped working on JustHost form me.

I really hope this gets sorted as I have bought two of your unlimited extensions for some of my larger sites and have found it to be a fantastic tool, in fact its in my top three plugins and you guys deserve a lot of credit for the great work thats been put in to this plugin ??

I’ve been unable to do this after a few attempts. My site is hosted on WordPress – could that be why I’m unable to update the settings?

We have written to GoDaddy but have not yet heard anything back from them for a few months. The plugin actually works on GoDaddy but they restrict the plugin downgrade/upgrade.

is not an error from the plugin.

Do you have backups from other plugins that you can delete before export?
