don't get notification

    Hi Guys,

    I must update 8 plugins, but when i access the dashboard, I see only one thing that i must update , and it is a wordpress version.
    SO, why i have 8 things must i update on the dashboard tool bar.
    please?
    Ex:
    On my another website: x
    I have BackUpWordPress Version 3.3.2

    but on the site that I have issue with it: y
    I have version Version 3.2.7
    I don’t get any notification on the plugins page to update the plugin, but I get only on the toolbar: https://grab.by/Lgyw
    at, I have 8 plugins that i must updated.

    Please, HELP
