Bug : using index.html on base URL breaks plugin options screen in admin

    Hello

    Found a small bug.
    To see it in action :

    – install a new WP + AIEC plugin
    – create a root index.html
    – go to AIEC settings : nothing is displayed
    – remove index.html : settings are displayed

    Problem commes from the plugin “asking” the WordPress base URL instead of URL/index.php.
    Don’t know why it needs this.
