Note I’ve taken the time to review some other support posts here that did not assist me with trouble shooting this myself. I was forced then to make a post.

We cannot delete records. When we click on delete or delete all we remain on the same URL but a blank website page appears.

I updated Contact DB form to 2.9.10 with no success. Note the WP version is 3.5.1. If any other WP member here may assist ti would be appreciated. Thanks

A couple of people are experiencing this. As yet I haven’t been able to duplicate the problem and so don’t have a solution. It is possible some other plugin or the theme is interfering with the delete submission.

I have the same issue where I cannot delete records, I get a 403 error. I have the most recent version of the plugin and need to be able to delete records urgently.

    Thanks.

Michael, if it helps, I’m also unable to delete but I get kicked out to the main site to my 404 page. Like I’m not even in the admin area after I click delete.

And what is the URL after you click delete? It should be the same as the view of the admin page.

The address before and after clicking are exactly the same, which makes it even more strange. It’s like it is trying to redirect in the process to a page that doesn’t exist.

I have a release candidate version with a change that might fix it. Would someone like to test it? You will have to uninstall your current version of CFDB and install 2.9.13RC1.

PS. Your data and settings will NOT be deleted when you remove CFDB…unless you were to turn on that option on the CFDB Options page…but don’t do that.

Yes I would be interested in the test.

Can you assist me in understanding the name of the setting in the Options page and what that setting should be set to in order to save data and all settings? thanks

It is set to save by default. You shouldn’t have to change it.

Ensure that the last option on the page, ‘Drop this plugin’s Database table on uninstall‘ is set to false

That update fixed it for me! Thank you so much for working on this and resolving it!!!

Thanks for telling me. Sorry it took so long.

    Hello

I encounter an issue with the plugin Contact Form to DB Extension: it says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” when I click on “Delete All this form’s records” or when I want to save any changes in the settings of the plugin.

    Here is the configuration:
    PHP Version 5.4.43
    MySQL Version 5.5.45-cll-lve
    WordPress 4.3.1

    Thanks

Ensure that your login didn’t expire and that you are an administrator.
