When sharing to Twitter app, titles are not being pulled through correctly.

Hi guys,
When you hit the share to Twitter button with the AddThis sharing button plug in, the title is not being pulled through correct on the Twitter app – it adds ‘+’ between words as if it can’t handle spacing. Please see here for a screengrab: https://www.dropbox.com/s/narinktlhc1o46v/IMG_1454.PNG?dl=0
Any ideas on how to fix this?
