Home linking issues

Hello-

I’m having issues with the linking of my homepages between two different languages. The home page is in Dutch and when I click to switch to English, the home page doesn’t change but only the footer. It does however change when I click Home. In addition, the Logo always reverts back to the Dutch homepage. Is there a way to customize that per language? Help please!
