add cost price to item / show in order summary (not to customer)

because I am using difference taxation I am trying to find a way to easily figure out the cost price to every placed order. that means I would like to sort of add a “cost price” tab at the product data, not have it displayed to the customer and have a summarized cost price sum (or at least individual cost price on each item) displayed either on the order page, admin email, or the likes. I am not at all familiar with/capable of coding so I was hoping for a plugin to make this work, happy to pay. does someone have an idea to solve this
