Sending frequency with SendGrid

    I’m finding the instructions on sending frequency a bit confusing. My webhost is 1and1, and I’m using SendGrid as my Send With option. 1and1 is shown as having a limit of 30 e-mails every five minutes. So, should I set the sending frequency to 30 e-mails every five minutes, to reflect what 1and1 allows? Or should I set it to some different number to reflect what SendGrid allows (and if so, what is that number)?
