Can't login on the new login page

  • Hi,

    I have iThemes Security installed on many sites but that’s the first time I’m facing this issue : I’ve installed it and made all the set up, including the “hide the back-end” feature to log in on a custom URL which displays the login correctly. However when I try to log in on this page, my credentials don’t work (but work when I disable the plugin).

    What could be the reasons for this ?

    I’m still investigating this and can’t find the difference between my current site and others that run great with this plugin : could it be linked to the fact that the site is on https ? could it be an issue with permissions missing on some files ?

    i’m having the same issue. if i disable the plugin, i can log in just fine.
