Thumbnail option for featured posts?

Thank you for use my plugin.
Do you want to use the thumbnail size image? Right now this is not possible. But I’ll try to do this in my next update if you tell me what are you really want.

I want to have a thumbnail of the featured image beside (left or right side of) the post

I want to use thumbnail of the featured image of the posts. The thumbnail should be on the right or left side of the excerpt of the post.
So, basically, both text and image should be there on the same view
